Video Editing on a Pocket PC

This is more or less an open call to programmers who may come across this who are interested in making something cool. After doing some searching, I haven't been able to find any software for a pocket pc that would allow editing video. All I'd like to do is make some simple cuts, and maybe crossfade, and we could really go nuts and make it so you could convert that video to MMS format.

Mainly though, I want to edit down some videos, mix and match, do this all on the subway in my downtime, and then upload the sucker directly to YouTube or Google Video. If anyone knows of something that does this already, leave a comment or email me! If not, and you want to create it, I'll help with the design and we could then make it available for more people as I'm sure I'm not the only one who wishes they could do this.

i can cut, change the sound, and merge clips on my n73 (symbian s60 software). so this is happening on mobile devices...don't know about 3rd party options, though.
