Working For the Man

My roomates and I are all working for the man, as is most of America. Sean and I have a plan though - we don't like making the man fat as he dictates when we have to go to sleep, wake up, and spend our days.

With Music Slice picking up speed, we both know we have an out coming up, something that'll make us money while we both do what we enjoy doing. What about right now though? Every mourning we have to pry ourselves out of bed, suit up, and face the work day is another mourning wasted. I want to wake up to chocolate chip or apple pancakes with some scrambled eggs in the middle of the ocean on a boat with a basketball court and spend the day working on whatever my interest at the moment is or playing games, looking forward to a night of drinks, music, and good times.

So we dive in. We'll use what we have, invest what we aren't using for anything else, and keep trying things out until we hit big - then keep doing it. It began with Music Slice, and today is another landmark, and next week will be another.

Only one thing is certain for next week, next year, 10 years and 50 years from now: cheeseburgers, oreos, and beer. As long as we have these, who can really complain?
