The long walk home

What happened? One minute rum fest, the next being held back by mark, the next running in bryant park (how did I get their from 14th street?), the next in the middle of Brooklyn apparently on the phone with people seemingly at doyles (how did I get to brooklyn from bryant park?), the next minute without my jacket, or at least realizing it was gone.

At several points I jumped over turnstyles despite warnings from subway keepers, riding random subways and getting off at stops based on the advice of fellow riders. At some point I stumbled into a crowd outside a bar to inquire where I may be. They said Brooklyn, and one of them (pictured above in subway car with skulls on hat) began to walk with me, telling stories of katrina and that what he had on his person was all he had. We found a subway, again I had to wait until the train came and jumped the turnstyle. (my wallet was in my disappearing jacket)

I think it was a G train. I don't know what happened really, but we parted ways at some point, and somehow I got to a 7 train. That took me to queensboro plaza. I stayed there waiting for the n-w to arrive, but must have fallen asleep. When I woke up I was on the 7 train headed queens bound. I eventually got off and jumped a train headed back.

I finally made it home after all that, minus a jacket and wallet. At some point I posted something to this blog.
